Megan Tierney has paid a cherished tribute to Louise and Eleanor, introducing her brand named after both of her grandmothers. Louise and Eleanor instilled hard work and passion upon Megan; both women were very influential. Tierney’s vision for the company started with the revelation to inspire, while keeping her family’s spirit as the driving force. “I hope Louise and Eleanor can continue to create beautiful products and at the same time, give back and inspire others to live boldly” said the designer. This San Francisco based brand has launched as a family affair, Megan’s best friend Michelle Fraedrick, leads the team aside Megan. The company currently has great vision in expanding each collection with a wider variety of handbags and luggage wear.

Though she was a bit terrified to leap into a company; Megan has dreamt of designing as a little girl, making outfits for her barbies. The look of Louise and Eleanor channels classic elegance, with personal style resulting in timeless beautiful canvas and leather handbags. Megan wanted to add an edgy touch with traditional overall smart look. The travelling Megan does, faces she meets and adventures she endures helps her in producing these signature pieces. Tierney is a true believer and a go getter, she opted to excel in fashion design, disregarding the outcome. Her motto takes a one life to life approach, as she hopes her courage to follow her dream inspires others as much as her grandmothers did for her.

This season has debuted with gorgeous options of canvas clutches. Usually being a more casual fabric, Megan was sure to give this laid back look an elegant upgrade. This line includes bright pastels with abstract and retro patterns and colours; all finished with that polished look to be dressed up or down. There has been no preview for S/S ’16 as of yet but Megan, has shared that the collection will be very bright and bold. New unique one of a kind pieces are always on the horizon for Louise and Eleanor.

This ambitious company has come a long way and will always have the have a creative purpose to inspire. Megan wants her supporters to  feel beautiful, courageous and confident while styled in one of her designs. “We hope Louise and Eleanor inspire others to be kind to each other, supportive and encouraging.
