Barbie jewellery by Margaux Lange

So even now, sometimes we find ourselves wanting to head on over to the toy store to buy the most glamourous Barbie on the shelf, but look what we have found here. We have just discovered this jewellery designer and we’re pretty sure she’s just magical.

The designer herself, Margaux Lange seems to be a little crazy and beyond imaginative – to be quite honest, she had our heart just by glancing at her first photo of this super kitsch collection, of spare Barbie parts, from Barbie boobs to their poor, tiny hands.

Three Barbie dolls are sold every second in more than 150 countries, despite the fact they were launched back in 1959.

So what do you do when you grow out of playing with your Barbies? Well, you go manic and begin making these wonderful little gems, don’t you?
