I read Patti Smith’s book “Just Kids” last month, in which she recounts stories of an intense and beautiful relationship she shared with her artistic, bohemian lover, Robert Mapplethorpe. It’s the ultimate love letter to Robert. There are times in this book where I found myself, not putting it down, ever. It is something I was completely charmed and amazed by.
You must read it.


Their relationship inspired a series of photographs that was published in V Man a couple of months ago. Taken by Christian Brylle starring my all time favourite model, Freja Beha Erichsen. Pretty much in love with this editorial.
