Designer Spotlight: Kindred S/S’16 Collection Melanie StockmanApril 13, 20162 viewsFashion0 Comments2 views Today we’re introducing Kindred, a brand new London-based fashion label which consists of fair-trade and 100% organic cotton tees and sweatshirts for hip men and cool women across the globe. The collection features statement graphics – an alternative to the omnipresent slogan tees and sweats. The womenswear designs include a stunning low-poly illustration of Frida Khalo by young Ukrainian artist Victoria Kalashnik, a bold retro lips print, an abstract ink blot in on-trend grey and yellow, and a leopard illustration in S/S’16 favourite cobalt blue. Kindred menswear currently offers two designs. An eye-catching illustration of Michelangelo’s ‘The David’, again by Ukrainian artist Victoria Kalashnik, and a bright palm print giving a nod to the tropical trends of S/S’16. Kindred launched in March 2016. T-shirts retail at £25 and sweatshirts at £40 and are available to buy through their online shop.
