Salsa your way down to secret bar, Barts, in Chelsea for a special Spanish Tapas Lunch Party on Saturday, 23rd April with Edú Tapas, who, in celebration of their imminent arrival on to the London food scene, will be serving up their unique brand of Spanish fusion street food. Raid the fancy dress box for your finest flamenco attire and sip on sangria with a twist over a Mediterranean-style lunch party with friends.

Guests will be welcomed with refreshing glasses of Sangria and will be serenaded by the sounds of a traditional Flamenco singer before they get stuck into mouth-watering Paella with prawns, mussels and calamari cooked outside in Barts’ lush Cuban Garden. Spanish senoritas and matadors will also enjoy a variety of tantalizing tapas such as manchego cheese, jamon Serrano and quince, white anchovy skewers with piquillo peppers and garlic and delicious grilled tortilla squares with fresh pico de gallo. To top off the afternoon, guests will enjoy delectable gluten-free churros with melted dark chocolate sauce whilst enjoying Spanish-inspired cocktails that will complement the food throughout the afternoon.

Uncle Barts has re-kitted his famous fancy dress box full of flamenco and matador items, which guests are invited to rummage and find a new costume for the Spanish lunch soiree. The mission of Edú Tapas is to offer modern adaptations of classic Spanish dishes by fusing them with other international cuisines, creating a unique combination of ingredients set to enchant the pallets of the fast paced Londoner.
