This mont sees the Brook & Conquest ‘Putting the Y back in Cyder’ tasting and cocktail making session taking place on 7th June 2016 at Clerkenwell’s popular all day Modern Brasserie and bar, Bourne & Hollingsworth. With festival season kicking off this month, what better to quench your thirst than an cold glass of cider. Each year when the sun heightens in the sky, bottles of the apple-nectar fly off the shelves, this June however Brook & Conquest are bringing the drink back to its origins and introducing us to Craft Cyder. 

A million miles away from the popular clear sparling ciders prevalent today, Mark Brooks and Peter Conquest have created a range of artisan hand-crafted cyders, using only traditional methods, and resulting in some exceptional liquids.
