IIXXII Jewellery by Amelia Hancock

With the world and his wife making jewellery – and we do mean that, how many of you had bead kits when you were seven? It takes something quite spectacular to stand out. Creating pieces with raw, organic naturally occurring materials, such as crystals, leather, and metal. IIXXII is still in the early stages of a company, the designer, Amelia Hancock is looking to expand, eventually into clothing. For now she experiments with monochromatic articles and boho styling to create something simplistic, stunning and separate from other companies in every way. The main colours for this collection are ivory tones, deep thick blacks, and silver chains, offset by the translucent quality of crystals.

The pieces are currently selling well online and in select boutique markets. They are gorgeous items with a unisex vibe these are the perfect piece to be worn over a simple white shirt with black skinny jeans and mega wedges. To me the items evoke imagery of ice, sea, air and wind, they’ve got such a primitive vibe to them and with this idea of the elements in mind you can see why this brand is going to take off.
