Sinead Doyle A/W’13: Power Play Stephanie AndersonSeptember 28, 201312 viewsdesignFashionStyle0 Comments12 views The redemption of power dressing is the goal of designer Sinéad Doyle with the launch of “Power Play”, the new A/W’13 collection from the Dublin design label. Panelled leather and bonded wools create strict sculpted shapes, while soft silk linings and beautiful cashmere ensure the wearer is ensconced in luxury from the moment she dresses. Suits, tailored dresses and flattering trousers are all cut to enhance the female form while ingenious seaming ensures the collection’s shirts comfortably fit a womanly figure. The small collection is designed in Dublin and produced in a small, family run atelier just outside Milan. Key items include the ‘Katherine’ patent leather and cashmere coat and the ‘Laura’ textured wool and leather biker jacket. Watch this here – it gave us butterflies.
