Artist spotlight: Tiffany Atkin Stephanie AndersonMarch 31, 201346 viewsArt0 Comments46 views It’s been a super long time since we featured an artist on here, since pastel colours are our main source of inspiration right now, we thought it would be better to showcase no other, than the very talented Tiffany Atkin! This Australian graphic designer and illustrator is currently based in Brisbane, her work is heavily influenced by the time she spent living & working in Tokyo. Her Japanese-flavoured illustrations are a colourful, eclectic and feminine blend of vector lines, pen and ink, acrylic, watercolour wisps, vintage fabric, Japanese washi paper and pages torn straight from her sketchbook. Aside from her love of Japanese pop culture, she is very partial to colours in the pastel, neon and metallic range, blossoms, baby alpacas, salmon onigiri, black and white, various shades of pink, pattern, polkadots and vanilla lattes. We’re utterly in love with the ‘Don’t let me go’ illustration, you can imagine this in a beautiful frame, sitting proud on a wall. If you feel like sprucing your walls up slightly, you can always buy one of these prints.
