Aerial Views Adria is a collection of coloruful photographs by Germany based photographer Bernhard Lang which transformed the sandy shores and beaches of the Adriatic coast in Italy, between Ravenna and Rimini into a series of beautiful abstract forms and shapes. Several years ago, Munich-based photographer Bernhard Lang visited the seaside resort in Adria, Italy and was struck by the perfectly uniform arrangements of coloured umbrellas used by each hotel.
If you didn’t already know, Lang is well known for his aerial photography of locations around Germany including coal mines, residential life and industrial sites. Last month he returned, this time by air, and shot for several hours creating this beautifully shot series: Aerial Adria.
