Designer Spotlight: Knots & Vibes

Born from a love of dancehall and island lifestyle, Knots & Vibes is an emerging label created by crochet designer Luci Wilden. Inspired by travels around the Caribbean, K&V combines West Indian and Afro-Cuban influences to develop an extensive collection of hand-woven crochet clothing and accessories. Fused with elements of Rastafarian culture and style, the range was created with Island Gyals and Dancehall Queens in mind – bringing a taste of the Caribbean back to the UK.

Each piece is made to order and fully customisable – skirts, shorts and jeans can be adorned with amazing crochet trims, frills and appliqués. The most popular request lies in custom-made flag designs allowing you to rep your roots all year round. In addition K&V offer a selection of crochet chokers and pom pom earrings to match their signature pastel and primary colour palette. Already seen on the likes of Vashtie, Rainy Milo and girl band M.O, Knots & Vibes is set to be the go-to place for exclusive, Caribbean style.
