Easy Hair Care Rules to get the Best Hair Ever Alicia JoyApril 20, 20151 viewsBeauty0 Comments1 views Wouldn’t it be great if you could have beautiful hair every single day without purchasing a bunch of products or adding too much time to your already hectic routine? The good news is that no matter what type of hair you have, you can absolutely have beautiful hair every day without adding a significant amount of time to your morning routine. There are some natural hair care rules that need to be followed in order for this to happen. Making a few minor changes in your routine can really make a difference in the feel and appearance of your hair. Start Washing Your Hair the Right Way More often than not, you get in the shower, wash your hair, and don’t even think twice about what you are actually doing. What most women don’t know is that there is a proper way to wash your hair to prevent any further damage or pulling. You should massage your scalp for about 40 seconds before you rinse it. This can help with circulation and prevent issues with dandruff. If you have oily hair you may want to repeat this step twice. Rub conditioner in your hair from the tips to the roots. This will make your hair look softer and silkier with very little work. Keep the conditioner in for about 2-3 minutes before rinsing it out. Wash your hair with the coolest water that you are comfortable with. This has the ability to seal the cuticles of the hair and keeps the moisture in. If anything, at least try to do the final rinse in cold water. Drying Your Hair You must take careful steps when you are drying your hair. If you use your hair dryer the right way it can be more beneficial than allowing your hair to air dry. It is best to use a cool setting on your hair and hold it at a significant distance to protect your hair from damage. Do not wring your hair with a towel after you wash your hair. Your hair is fragile when it is wet and this could cause you to have hair breakage issues. If you use heat to dry your hair with the hair, dryer use a heat protection spray before you do. Brushing Your Hair Just as you should not wring your hair when it is wet you also should not brush your hair when it is wet. Your hair is fragile and stretchy when it is wet and could cause your hair to break off when it is brushed. When brushing your hair use a natural bristle brush that can help to evenly distribute oils throughout the hair keeping it looking healthy and preventing breakage. If you do brush your hair while it is wet make sure you only use a wide-tooth comb. Use a little leave-in conditioner and then comb through your hair slowly and carefully. Special Treatment There is nothing wrong with giving your hair a little special treatment from time to time. There are several things you can do to keep your hair looking natural and strong. Put in a natural hair treatment such as mayonnaise or olive oil to serve as a leave-in conditioner. After you shower use a spray-in conditioner to make combing easy and keep your hair looking healthy.
