Event: A Child of the Jago store launch party Emily GouldingOctober 20, 20147 viewseventFashionmenswear0 Comments7 views Seven years since their first flagship store opened in Shorditch, A Child of the Jago create a buzz in the heart of the West End by opening up their second shop. Spread across two floors, the independent boutique houses collections for both men and women, stocking it’s own brand T-shirts, Trousers, Knitwear and Accessories all devoted to British Culture. Inspired by historical London characters, Joe Corre’s collections feature traditional tailored piece more commonly found in 18th century, crafted from obsolete fabrics. The recognisable motifs through the brands collection help tie in every piece, making it possible to mix fabrics and prints. The brands designers have a strong vision and therefore are keen to keep Edwardian Britain shenanigans alive. You’d never know that the immaculate tailored items feature fashion off cuts.
