Heart Heart Heart S/S’15: The Mathematic Series Bailey MossMay 8, 20151 viewsFashion0 Comments1 views We recently discovered the design label, Heart Heart Heart. Its first desire is to create beautiful scarves. Behind the brand’s simplicity is a colourful universe of remarkable patterns blending impertinence and the classic that blooms in each of its series. Each piece is numbered, making each series unique and one-of-a-kind. Heart Heart Heart has a singular identity and a discreet take on luxury. The creator, Iracema works only with noble materials like silk or Virgin Wool. All pieces are made in France or Italy. Each series reveals bright colours, 3D effects and embroidery are always present as well as her love of nature – that comes from her childhood spent in Brazil. Palm trees, animals, insects take their place in each of her prints. Iracema thinks of scarves as a collectable object. Iracema grew up in Poços de Caldas, in Brazil, moved to São Paulo at 17, where she encountered Alexandre Herchcovitch and worked as his assistant for several years. In parallel she plays bass in CSS, the grunge-electro band we all once listened to, and still do. In 2008 she moved to Paris and enrolled at IFM for a design master. Just after having her diploma she started Heart Heart Heart, deeply inspired by Brazilian culture and its icons. The architect Lina Bo Bardi, one of the major names of Brazilian modernism, as well ad Christine Ufon, or Paola d’Orleans. The Heart Heart Heart S/S’15 collection, entitled The Mathematic Series is vibrant and extremely eye-catching that scream chic vibes. We imagine these scarves being worn by the elegant woman, at exclusive summer gala’s or whilst exploring new romantic cities. Imogen McGill Click here to visit the Heart Heart Heart website.
