Kurtis Paul AW17 Collection - The Clothes Maiden

Designed by Manchester-based brothers, Lloyd and Kurtis Rayner, accessories label Kurtis Paul was born in late 2014. As they were both travelling the country living out of bags, they soon noticed that they were frequently buying new bags as their old ones broke. The duo took to the market and was surprised at how shallow it was. On one side was the super expensive, where 50% of the cost was for the label. On the other were the high street chains; selling at a cheap price, but lacking quality. Noticing a gap in the market, somewhere you could purchase high quality at a reasonable price, they decided to set up shop and create the Kurtis Paul fashion brand. With an interest in fashion and design they have an eye for detail, an obsession you can expect from any of their products. The brothers recognise the importance of quality materials and build their bags using only the best.The latest collection consists of weekend bags, backpacks and duffel bags. Colours are mainly brown, tan and cream, they’re made from good quality leather, you will also find the odd piece made from strong canvas. Fuelled by creativity the design duo have a desire to bring style into the world. They have a passion for industrial design and love the heavy duty, oversized look and the space which comes with it.
