Naromode A/W’14: Little Snow White Stephanie AndersonMay 26, 20141 viewsdesignFashionStyle0 Comments1 views The majestic-yet-dark world of Naromode – a Scottish designer duo – have presented us with another beautiful collection we just couldn’t resist opening the lookbook for. Unlike many new collections, the lookbook of Naromode is just as exciting as the clothes themselves. Created with the talents of Create 48, the lookbook tells the story of Little Snow White both through text and the shoot. Reflecting upon the sinister nature of the classic Grimm’s Tale, we are lured in by an apple to the magical world of Naromode, with the composition of dark and light and the strikingly beautiful designs. Creating their own prints, Anna Thorn and Iain MacDonald have created simple silhouettes with extraordinary patterns. Featuring delicate patterns like feathers to represent nature against the stark black lines, the contrast between light and dark make the dresses forever interesting to look at.
