Necro Poon is a brand that married high fashion, and  urban streetwear. This cast unites fashion and society in an objective manner. After attending Hong Kong Polytechnic University, studying Fashion and Textile Design, Necro Poon had a set passion for fashion. Poon wanted to create a brand that was created solely on personal style and taste. Necro Poon prides itself on not being traditional using an anti social approach to ready wear. The collections gears to show Poons view on life using fun, daring and bold designs. Necro Poon is strong, modern and preeminent. Political statements ray through lush fabrics.

The idea behind the fashion really revolutionises today’s society and the disoriented yet beautiful state. Oddly the smart approach of the brand, the inspiration come from politicians such as Barack Obama and Mr. Cy Leung. The edgier side of the brand pays tribute to the musical and rebellious faces of today.

Necro Poon believes creativity comes from thinking idiosyncrasy, and is a true believer that anything can be of inspiration with limitless creativity. When it comes to choosing garment colours, texture and patterns Poon looks to the universe and everything in it from nature, art to music and media. Poon’s biggest maxim for vision is to not limiting incentive, to the internet. Getting out into the world is the greatest inspiration as the internet can block a higher level of creativity.

Necro Poon has recently debuted the A/W 2015 collection, appropriately coined Self-Salvation Oath. The idea came about after the Umbrella Movement (a large protest in Hong Kong) which ran from September through December in 2014. The protest was a cry for peace over social movement and civil disobedience, two things that can be felt and seen all over the world, today. Poon chose red, white, blue and the ever staple black as the main colour palette for this season, to represent peace and freedom. Poon wants buyers to feel comfort, confidence and energy in these statement, pieces of fashion.
