OMINIS London S/S’15: Duality Collection

OMINIS is a fashion brand created for women that want stylish, bold, quality clothing that can be worn effortlessly. All pieces from the OMINIS brand can work with items from your pre-existing wardrobe, creating a look that is uniquely yours. ‘Duality’ is the debut S/S’15 collection from OMINIS, which reflects the dual culture of designer Tamu Thomas’ childhood; growing up and living in multicultural London – evoking nostalgia and drawing influence from the past by reworking classic pieces and colour palettes that provide a unique approach to summer dressing.

Duality’s bold colour palette consists of updated camouflage, dip dyed hues of blue, wax prints, stripes and punctuated with monochrome elements to give a fresh and modern direction. The collection incorporates clean modern lines for a luxurious minimal feel adding detail with sporty stripes and curved colour blocking on tailored separates and dresses.  Mesh panelling is inserted into clean tailoring for a cool, urban vibe.

With a mix of feminine flirty shapes, smart tailored trousers, jumpsuits and varsity jackets – as well as day to night transitional pieces, the entire collection is very wearable and can be dressed up in heels or dressed down in trainers or flats.
