Happy Saturday, did you know today is Camera Day? There is no better day than Camera Day to snap some photos during your lunch hour, on your commute to work, or whenever a moment of inspiration strikes.
Here’s our bit of inspiration for you today by teen photographer Taylor Marie McCormick, aka lalasiy.
This is just how we should spend most of our days, in a dreamy world of gloriousness. This photographer captures and manipulates images with her Nikon D800, to reflect a surreal world we’d find ourselves entering just as we’re falling asleep.
The 19-year-old manages to creatively visualise an alternate universe where jet planes fly inches away from our nose and tiny mermaids dance playfully in mason jars filled with water.
Her creative portfolio is bursting with incredible imagery, we sort of wish we lived in Lalasiy’s head, or in the photos.
