THAPAKON A/W’14: Del Rey Alicia JoySeptember 15, 20149 viewsFashionLookBook0 Comments9 views Thapakon Anggooranon began his career studying Fashion Design and Fashion Business, Fine and Applied Arts at Dhurakij Pundij University, Bangkok, Thailand upon graduating Thapakon Anggooranon had the opportunity to internship in design of the industry’s most influential Thai’s designer, Patinya. The invaluable experience gained from working within this simplicity design house inspired Thapakon Anggooranon to fulfil his lifelong dream and launch his eponymous line, THAPAKON. When Thapakon Anggooranon is designing, he is inspired by arts, musics and movies. Every design he celebrates the woman’s curve, “sensuality…rather than sexy” which are powerful, magnificent and flawless. THAPAKON A/W14 collection, entitled Del Rey is simple, yet outstandingly stylish, like the singer herself, who’s the main inspiration and muse. THAPAKON’s first collection returns to sensuality rather than sexy he previously encountered for his graduate collection, this season explores her anonymity in further depth. THAPAKON looks through the window of the woman, observing, a voyeur, she is graceful and mystique. Sensuality, shadows, acid pastel, fusing fabric and skin is the major key of the “Del Rey” collection. Alicia Joy Click here to visit his online portfolio.
