This look is clearly a popular choice among fashionistas this season, with UK Google searches for ‘heart dress’ soaring by 79% in the last 12 months. Pair the dress with simple heels for an elegant touch or opt for chunky boots for a more relaxed look.  

  

Exude romance and passion in this season’s hottest colour: red   

From scarlet to cherry hues, be bold this Valentine’s Day to showcase your romantic and most confident side with your hot date. If heart print isn’t your style, try a textured dress in this colour of love, such as a red lace dress or a flowing red maxi dress. Red has been the hottest colour since last year and the trend isn’t going anywhere, with worldwide Google searches for ‘red lace dress’ surging by 55% in the past year.

In particular, ‘frilly tops’ are in right now, with worldwide Google searches increasing by a significant 64% in the past 30 days. Pair a textured piece with equally bold jewellery to feel your most confident and fun self on Valentine’s Day. Alternatively, balance the frills with dainty gold or silver jewellery to focus all attention on the flirty textured attire.

You’ll be feeling red carpet-ready if you complete your Valentine’s Day date night look with the perfect pair of heels. With Google searches for ‘bow heels’ increasing by 217% in the last 12 months in the UK, be sure to not miss out on this trend.  

Alternatively, try a pair of block heels to coordinate with your outfit; worldwide Google searches for ‘baby pink heels’ have exploded by 78% in the last 30 days, giving you the perfect opportunity to add a soft and more subtle touch to your look, whilst also looking fabulous. In contrast, if you want your shoes to make a statement in your look, try a stand-out heel, such as ‘hot pink heels’, since their Google search volume has soared by 54% in the past 30 days in the UK.
