Time to wrap up with the CosyNut Stephanie AndersonDecember 15, 20131 viewsdesignFashionStyle0 Comments1 views There are certain brands that you know you can rely on year in, year out. They draw you back in thanks to their trustworthy reputation, constantly delivering quality pieces that meet your style needs. New British headwear brand CosyNut is destined to be one of these with its range of distinctive handcrafted hats. Created out of sheer frustration at not being able to keep warm one winter, the original CosyNut was made by Essex based milliner Sarah Mason, after noticing a gap in the market. Thanks to her background creating bespoke headwear pieces for various occasions, her new hat design soon began to get noticed, and as more orders came flooding in the brand was born. Each CosyNut is made with quintessentially British fabrics including corduroy, wool and Harris Tweed. Luxurious fake fur is used to line the hat and long flaps, providing a snug anti-wind device that you can tuck into your coat or scarf. To make these hats even more desirable, each is individually made by hand in the CosyNut studio, so you can be sure that your garment will be made to the highest possible standards. The success of the CosyNut brand so far is evident to see in their expansion plans. Next up will be a CosyNut for men, and a potential CosyNut range for children, along with variations on the fabrics used. With our impending British winter ever looming, it’s safe to say we’re going to be seeing quite a bit more of these snuggly hats in the coming months.
