We Take a Look at the Nicce S/S’16 Collection Lina AyersMay 22, 201613 viewsFashion0 Comments13 views Welcoming the warmer season, Nicce womens S/S’16 branches out into new territory in the form of kimonos and underwear ranges, but still retains its classic Nicce staples. Shot on 35mm by Gutter Dust and modelled by Anastasia on location in Bali, the collection offers the same effortlessly stylish approach used in the campaign imagery. A new palm print is incorporated throughout the line being displayed – this pattern can also be seen repeated on the menswear line. In the past, Nicce womens has displayed a use of mesh in swimwear and joggers; this season this is taken through to cut out dresses, hoodies and an all black unitard. Another print that is brought into play for S/S’16 is the Belize Print. Seen on a bra, playsuit and tank, it’s the prefect spring piece, with white lightweight cotton and a simple, youthful pattern. Underwear sets such as Evie, Blaze and Contrast provide us with a sexy, sporty alternative to every day bra and briefs. Coming in simple block colours with a touch of orange, they give a great look when worn under the mesh garments in the collection such as the Nell Dress. Lastly, their tech range comprising of bras, hoods and leggings built with a soft, lightweight material made from melange grey poly-fabric allows the clothing to be used practically as working out gear as well as the perfect streetwear pieces.
