Weekend Offender A/W ’14: Beyond the basics Stephanie AndersonOctober 26, 20104 viewsdesignFashionmenswearStyle0 Comments4 views Weekend Offender has always been heavily inspired by casual culture and influential sub cultures such as mods and skinheads and this is evident in the A/W’14 collection. Although split into two distinct sections, Mainline and Category A, both collections feature parkas and clean crisp shirting. For A/W 14, Weekend Offender has completed a subtle brand overhaul in line with its ongoing development and refinement. Textured knitwear is prominent along with technical fleece garments featuring contrast nylon pockets and trims. Key fabrics include: nylon shimmer jackets, paisley cotton shirting and a woven repeat W fabric for shirting and trims. Within the collection, two jackets also feature a handy Kent Comb: a smart collaboration for the brand and convenient accoutrement for its aficionados. A taped seam Kagoule in three standout colours, through to a classic snorkel parka make this a heritage collection with a sharp, modern twist. Shop the A/W’14 collection here.
